Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Media Information Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical media metadata and content information that powers our global streaming service. Your precise work will directly impact content discoverability, categorization, and user experience. This is a crucial position for individuals who thrive on organization, data quality, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain media metadata into proprietary content management systems.
- Perform regular quality control checks on existing data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Categorize and tag media content according to established guidelines and taxonomies.
- Research and verify information from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Generate reports on data quality and completion rates.
- Adhere strictly to data security and confidentiality protocols.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in data entry and experience with content management systems.
