Job Description
ADP is seeking a dedicated WFH Harmony Facilitator – Work-Life Balance focus to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs and initiatives designed to enhance the work-life balance and overall well-being of our remote workforce. You will act as a central point of contact, providing resources, support, and guidance to ensure our associates achieve optimal harmony between their professional and personal lives. This role is perfect for an empathetic and proactive individual passionate about fostering a supportive and productive remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive work-life balance strategies and programs tailored for a remote workforce.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and virtual events focused on stress management, time management, digital well-being, and remote work best practices.
- Provide confidential guidance and resources to associates seeking support for work-life integration challenges.
- Monitor the effectiveness of programs through surveys, feedback channels, and key performance indicators, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of well-being initiatives with company culture and objectives.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote work-life balance and employee wellness.
- Create and disseminate engaging communications and content related to work-life harmony through various internal platforms.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement employee wellness or work-life balance programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport virtually.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
- Empathy and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification in coaching, wellness, or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, Certified Wellness Coach).
- Experience working in a large, geographically dispersed organization.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for program evaluation.
