Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Work From Home YouTube Channel Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of Amway’s YouTube presence. This 100% remote role involves managing video uploads, optimizing content for discoverability and engagement, and ensuring our channel aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of video uploading to YouTube, including metadata entry, thumbnail creation, and playlist organization.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and other elements for maximum searchability and audience engagement.
- Schedule and publish videos according to the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent posting.
- Implement best practices for YouTube SEO to increase organic reach and viewer retention.
- Monitor YouTube analytics to track video performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and content effectiveness.
- Respond to comments and engage with the audience to foster a strong community.
- Stay updated with YouTube platform changes, trends, and algorithm updates.
- Identify opportunities for channel growth and audience expansion.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in YouTube Studio and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO best practices and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from YouTube analytics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for thumbnail creation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and growing a YouTube channel for a brand or business.
