Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Google Brand Ambassador specializing in Digital Outreach to join our team in Santa Rosa, California. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital outreach strategies to enhance Google's brand presence and reputation in Santa Rosa and surrounding regions.
- Engage with online communities, forums, and social media platforms to foster positive sentiment and address user inquiries or feedback related to Google products and services.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, community leaders, businesses, and educational institutions for collaborative initiatives.
- Organize and participate in local digital events, workshops, and meetups to educate audiences about Google's latest technologies and initiatives.
- Create compelling digital content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, case studies) that resonates with target audiences and highlights Google's impact.
- Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and online conversations to provide actionable insights and adapt outreach strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on the performance of digital outreach campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Act as a primary point of contact for media inquiries and partnership opportunities within the digital outreach sphere.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Google's product ecosystem, brand guidelines, and corporate values to ensure authentic representation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, community management, public relations, or brand ambassadorship.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply and engagingly.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and digital content creation best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
