Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally polished and charismatic Weekend VIP Lounge Host to elevate the guest experience in our exclusive high-end VIP lounge. This part-time role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a sophisticated environment and are passionate about delivering unparalleled service. As a VIP Lounge Host, you will be the first point of contact for our most discerning guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and an unforgettable visit. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome VIP guests to the lounge, managing check-ins and reservations efficiently.
- Anticipate and address guest needs with proactive and intuitive service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of lounge offerings, including food and beverage menus, special events, and property amenities.
- Maintain the highest standards of lounge cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal.
- Assist with light food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor concerns with discretion and professionalism, escalating as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., F&B, Front Desk, Security) to coordinate VIP services.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and elegant ambiance, embodying the Hyatt brand of excellence.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a poised and professional demeanor.
- Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive service.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, upscale setting.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (evenings and/or days) and occasional holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to potential alcohol service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a VIP host, concierge, or in a similar guest-facing luxury role.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
- Certification in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Familiarity with fine dining service protocols and wine knowledge.
