Job Description

We are seeking an impeccably professional and highly skilled High-End Chauffeur to join our esteemed team in Georgetown, Washington D.C. This role demands an individual with an unwavering commitment to luxury service, discretion, and an immaculate presentation (black suit required). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for our VIP guests and executives, ensuring an experience that aligns with the Four Seasons’ unparalleled standards of excellence. You will be a key representative of our brand, operating luxury vehicles with precision and grace, navigating the bustling D.C. metropolitan area with expert knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport guests, executives, and VIPs to and from various destinations, including airports, meetings, and events.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism in appearance (black suit, polished look) and demeanor at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is immaculately clean, well-maintained, and prepared for each journey.
• Plan optimal routes, considering traffic conditions and guest preferences, to ensure punctuality.
• Provide discreet and confidential service, respecting guest privacy.
• Assist guests with luggage and other personal belongings.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing guest safety above all else.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, venues, and routes within Washington D.C. and surrounding areas.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional, personalized service.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Required Skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur experience, preferably in a luxury or executive setting.
• Exceptional knowledge of Washington D.C. metropolitan area roads, traffic patterns, and common destinations.
• Impeccable personal presentation, including wearing a black suit and maintaining a polished, professional look.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and discreet approach.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all situations.
