Key Responsibilities
- Assist wellness coaches and program coordinators with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and preparing materials for sessions.
- Provide direct support and encouragement to program participants, helping them navigate resources and adhere to their personalized growth plans.
- Facilitate small group discussions or activities under supervision, fostering a positive and supportive environment for personal development.
- Help organize and set up wellness workshops, seminars, and community events.
- Monitor and track participant progress, reporting observations and feedback to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all wellness activities.
- Adhere to all St. Luke's Health System policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, scheduling software)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to health, wellness, and personal development
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Health Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nutrition, or a related field
- Previous volunteer or paid experience in a supportive, customer service, or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with wellness concepts and practices
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
