Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist wellness coaches and program coordinators with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and preparing materials for sessions.
  • Provide direct support and encouragement to program participants, helping them navigate resources and adhere to their personalized growth plans.
  • Facilitate small group discussions or activities under supervision, fostering a positive and supportive environment for personal development.
  • Help organize and set up wellness workshops, seminars, and community events.
  • Monitor and track participant progress, reporting observations and feedback to senior staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all wellness activities.
  • Adhere to all St. Luke's Health System policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Empathy and a genuine desire to help others
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, scheduling software)

  • Commitment to health, wellness, and personal development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Health Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nutrition, or a related field
  • Previous volunteer or paid experience in a supportive, customer service, or healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with wellness concepts and practices
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
