Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
