Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally professional and experienced Limousine Chauffeur to join our elite team in Wesley Chapel, FL. As a Blacklane Chauffeur, you will be the face of our luxury brand, providing first-class transportation experiences to our valued clients. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. You will operate high-end vehicles, ensuring clients arrive at their destinations comfortably, punctually, and in style, reflecting Blacklane’s global reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their destinations using company-provided luxury vehicles.
- Adhere to planned routes and schedules, demonstrating excellent knowledge of local traffic patterns and alternative routes.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation, both interior and exterior.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage and opening/closing doors.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain a discreet, professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Accurately complete trip logs and expense reports as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E (or equivalent) Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation or a similar role.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine chauffeur or executive driver.
- Extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, including Wesley Chapel, Tampa, and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in a second language.
- Customer service certification or training.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
