Job Description
Join Accenture’s dedicated team as a WFH Pinterest Moderator, focusing on maintaining a secure and positive online community environment. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in upholding Pinterest’s community guidelines, reviewing content, and ensuring a safe space for users globally. This position requires keen attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to fostering a respectful online ecosystem. You will work from the comfort of your home, contributing to the safety and integrity of one of the world’s leading visual discovery platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively review and moderate user-generated content (pins, comments, boards) on Pinterest in accordance with established community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and address content violations, including but not limited to spam, misinformation, hate speech, harassment, and illegal activities.
- Respond to user reports and escalations with efficiency and accuracy, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure consistent application of moderation policies.
- Stay updated with evolving online trends, platform policies, and potential new forms of harmful content.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and tools by providing feedback and insights.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive content.
Required Skills

- Excellent written communication skills in English (US English).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
