Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Bank Representative with a special emphasis on professional services to join our team in Pasco, WA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking comprehensive banking solutions, with a particular focus on supporting their professional and business needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client financial objectives, and providing tailored advice on a wide range of products and services. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and proactively identifying opportunities to offer relevant solutions.
- Facilitate opening and maintenance of various account types, including checking, savings, loans, and credit products, with a focus on professional and small business clients.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and security.
- Collaborate with internal partners, such as loan officers, wealth management advisors, and business bankers, to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with banking products, services, and industry trends.
- Identify and escalate complex client issues to appropriate internal departments for resolution.
