Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physiotherapy Aide to join our thriving private practice. In this vital support role, you will work closely with our licensed physiotherapists, assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas, maintaining equipment, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Assist physiotherapists with patient treatments, including setting up equipment and guiding patients through exercises as directed.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain, clean, and sterilize physiotherapy equipment and supplies according to clinic protocols.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phones.
- Order and manage inventory of clinic supplies.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
- Monitor patient comfort and well-being during treatment sessions, reporting any concerns to the physiotherapist.
- Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all patients and visitors.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
