Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Potential Coach with a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to professionals, focusing on career development, skill enhancement, and D&I-related growth.
- Develop and implement personalized coaching plans aligned with individual goals and organizational D&I objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing constructive feedback and strategies to enhance self-awareness and professional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with D&I leadership and HR business partners to integrate diversity and inclusion best practices into coaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of coaching interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and ethical guidelines are met.
- Stay abreast of current trends and research in coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion to continually enhance practice.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine coaching skills and D&I expertise.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated foundational understanding of coaching principles and methodologies.
- Strong passion for and emerging knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts and their application in professional settings.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- High level of empathy, active listening, and observational skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and manage a coaching caseload effectively in a remote environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Enrollment in or completion of an accredited coaching certification program (e.g., ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or higher).
- Prior experience in mentoring, guiding, or facilitating group discussions related to professional development or D&I.
- Experience working within a large, global organization.
- Familiarity with various assessment tools for individual development.
