Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Remote Potential Coach with a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to professionals, focusing on career development, skill enhancement, and D&I-related growth.
  • Develop and implement personalized coaching plans aligned with individual goals and organizational D&I objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing constructive feedback and strategies to enhance self-awareness and professional effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with D&I leadership and HR business partners to integrate diversity and inclusion best practices into coaching methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and ethical guidelines are met.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and research in coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion to continually enhance practice.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine coaching skills and D&I expertise.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated foundational understanding of coaching principles and methodologies.
  • Strong passion for and emerging knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts and their application in professional settings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • High level of empathy, active listening, and observational skills.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and manage a coaching caseload effectively in a remote environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Enrollment in or completion of an accredited coaching certification program (e.g., ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or higher).
  • Prior experience in mentoring, guiding, or facilitating group discussions related to professional development or D&I.
  • Experience working within a large, global organization.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools for individual development.
