Job Description

In this 100% remote role, you will be the frontline of our customer experience, assisting users with a variety of inquiries through email and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate written support to Pinterest users via email and chat channels.
- Address a wide range of user inquiries, including account issues, technical troubleshooting, product features, and policy clarifications.
- Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, professional, and effective solutions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our help resources and FAQs based on user feedback.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding user data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with diverse user inquiries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
