Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, locate products, and provide friendly service.
- Process transactions accurately at registers, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and display areas, ensuring proper signage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including aisles, restrooms, and backroom areas.
- Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and replenishing products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to various tasks and departments as needed, contributing to different tiers of store operations.
