Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 16-year-old looking to kickstart your career in the vibrant restaurant industry? Applebee’s in Victorville is seeking energetic Teens to join our waitstaff team! This is an incredible opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience, work in a fast-paced and fun environment, and earn lucrative weekly tips. You’ll be the face of our bistro, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. We’re looking for individuals eager to learn, who possess a great attitude and a willingness to contribute to our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and explain daily specials with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations and company policies.
