Job Description

Accenture is seeking a Google Ecosystem Project Aide to join our team in Brighton. This entry-level, part-time role (10-20 hours per week) is perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute to projects leveraging the vast Google ecosystem. You will provide essential administrative and project support, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery of initiatives related to Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, and other Google-centric solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers and team leads with day-to-day project tasks and administrative duties.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and presentations using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Conduct basic research and gather information pertinent to ongoing Google ecosystem projects.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, workshops, and team activities, managing calendars effectively.
  • Help organize and manage project files and resources within Google Drive.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, drafting emails and summaries as required.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in tracking key deliverables under guidance.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in various project management tools.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and provide input on project improvements.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some prior experience in an office environment, internship, or volunteer role.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles or methodologies.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools beyond basic Google Workspace (e.g., Google Meet, Google Sites).
  • An interest in digital technology, cloud solutions, or data analytics.
