Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Apple Global Payroll Clerk to join our finance sector team. This is a crucial role for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a significant global client. As a Global Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to payroll administration, data entry, reconciliation, and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a foundational understanding of payroll processes. Key Responsibilities
- Process global payroll data, including new hires, terminations, changes, and bonuses, accurately and on schedule.
- Verify payroll data accuracy by reviewing calculations and input against source documents.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports for internal and external audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end payroll closing activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters.
- Support the continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a related finance administrative role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
