Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Services Associate to join our dynamic team in Miami. This immediate opening requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and can efficiently manage a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operational efficiency and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple departments and senior staff members.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
- Process expense reports and assist with basic budgeting and financial tracking.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as required to support business operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
