Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking HVAC Installation Laborer to join our team in Tulare, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the HVAC industry or those with general labor experience who are eager to learn. As an HVAC Installation Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled technicians with the installation of heating and cooling systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians and installers with the setup, installation, and removal of HVAC systems, components, and ductwork.
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools from service vehicles.
- Prepare job sites by setting up safety equipment, clearing work areas, and protecting property.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting, drilling, fastening, and sealing under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, tools, and company vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Transport materials and tools between different areas of the job site as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform strenuous physical tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments (attics, crawl spaces, roofs).
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED.
