Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated individual for a Work From Home (WFH) Data Verification role within our Financial Sector operations. This position is 100% remote and offers the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to the accuracy and integrity of critical financial data. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting various types of financial information, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform meticulous review and verification of financial data, including client records, transaction details, and account information.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in data and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure all data entries and modifications adhere to established company guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., FINRA, SEC).
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve data-related issues and gather necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records of verification activities and report on findings regularly.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data verification processes and tools.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly verification targets and deadlines.
  • Safeguard sensitive financial information and maintain strict confidentiality.
