Job Description

Join Electronic Arts as a Recruitment Aide with a dedicated focus on sourcing talent. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates for various exciting opportunities within our dynamic organization. You will work closely with our recruitment team to build robust talent pipelines, utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates using online databases, professional networks, social media, and other innovative channels.
  • Engage with passive candidates and build strong relationships to understand their career aspirations and suitability for EA roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team needs.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
  • Familiarity with the video game industry or a strong interest in gaming.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining candidate databases.
