Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Google Liaison with a strong professional administrative background to join our remote team. This critical role will serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all Google-related administrative and operational tasks, ensuring seamless communication and workflow between our internal teams and Google’s various platforms and services. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, coordinating projects, handling communications, and providing high-level support for our Google Workspace ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main administrative liaison for all Google-related operational needs, coordinating with internal teams and external Google contacts.
- Manage and optimize calendars, meetings, and project timelines within Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other documents using Google Docs and Slides for executive review.
- Facilitate communication channels, drafting emails, memos, and internal announcements related to Google services or projects.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees on Google Workspace best practices and tools.
- Maintain organized digital files and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility within Google Drive.
- Troubleshoot basic Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate IT support teams.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with a focus on digital tools.
- Exceptional proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a large, global organization.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
