Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proficient Weekend Remote Spreadsheet Specialist with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel. This part-time role is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their advanced Excel skills to support various data management, reporting, and analytical tasks. You will be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy, developing insightful reports, and maintaining complex spreadsheets for critical business operations, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update complex Excel spreadsheets and workbooks.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all assigned spreadsheets.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports using Excel's analytical functions (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Collaborate with various teams to gather data requirements and deliver timely solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements for spreadsheet-based tasks.
- Provide data entry and verification support as needed for weekend operations.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional formatting, data validation).
- Proven experience with data entry and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet software.
