Market Force Information is seeking a Senior Mystery Shopper to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who appreciate the nuances of customer service and operational efficiency. As a Senior Mystery Shopper, you will visit various businesses, discreetly evaluate their service, product quality, and adherence to brand standards, and provide objective, detailed feedback. Your insights will directly impact our clients’ ability to enhance their customer experience. This is a highly autonomous position offering flexible scheduling, ideal for those seeking meaningful engagement on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping visits to assigned client locations (e.g., retail stores, restaurants, banks) according to specific guidelines.
- Objectively observe and evaluate customer service, product presentation, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
- Interact with staff and managers as required by the assignment brief.
- Accurately document observations and experiences using our online reporting system, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Adhere strictly to project deadlines and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and evaluation findings.
- Represent Market Force Information with professionalism and integrity.
