Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Intercity Limo Operator to join our team in Garden Grove, CA. This role is crucial for delivering our signature luxury chauffeured experience on steady regional routes, ensuring clients arrive at their destinations comfortably, safely, and on time. You will be responsible for operating high-end vehicles, maintaining impeccable standards of customer service, and adhering to strict company protocols and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles for intercity and regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant journey.
- Maintain detailed trip logs, vehicle cleanliness, and perform pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Adhere to strict dress code and professional conduct standards at all times.
- Manage fueling, basic maintenance checks, and reporting any vehicle issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid Class B (or higher) California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeuring or commercial driving experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Southern California regional road networks and navigation tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with luxury transportation or executive chauffeur services.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driving techniques.
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
- Basic first aid certification.
