Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity in a dynamic retail environment? Ralphs is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Personal Shoppers / Order Pickers. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and bagging groceries for our online and pickup customers. No prior experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training! Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select grocery items from store shelves based on customer online orders.
- Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper temperature of all selected products.
- Efficiently navigate the store to fulfill orders within specified timeframes.
- Scan items, bag groceries appropriately, and organize them for customer pickup or delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status and product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support store operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.

- No prior experience required; we provide all necessary training.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail setting (preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with grocery products and store layouts.
