Job Description

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and preparation of tires within our warehouse. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload tires from delivery trucks and containers.
  • Efficiently move tires to designated storage areas using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
  • Organize and maintain tire inventory, ensuring accurate placement and easy retrieval.
  • Prepare tires for shipment, including sorting, staging, and banding as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided, certification a plus).
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform general warehouse clean-up and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills

  • Ability to consistently lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) throughout the workday.
  • Strong physical stamina and endurance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating similar warehouse equipment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
