Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Mobile Car Interior Detailer with a strong focus on steam cleaning and stain removal to join our Santa Monica team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to client locations to provide comprehensive interior detailing services, ensuring every vehicle’s cabin is spotless, sanitized, and refreshed. Your expertise in tackling tough stains and utilizing steam technology will be crucial in delivering our signature high-quality results. This position requires an individual who is passionate about automotive aesthetics, possesses excellent attention to detail, and thrives in an independent, mobile work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations within Santa Monica and surrounding areas to perform interior car detailing.
- Perform thorough steam cleaning of all interior surfaces, including seats, carpets, floor mats, and headliners.
- Expertly identify and effectively remove various types of stains from fabric, leather, and hard surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery to eliminate dirt, debris, and odors.
- Clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces to restore their original look and feel.
- Detail dashboards, door panels, center consoles, and other hard surfaces.
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, and sunroofs to a streak-free finish.
- Maintain and organize detailing equipment and supplies in the company vehicle.
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients, explaining services and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage your daily schedule and communicate efficiently with dispatch.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in car interior detailing, with a strong emphasis on steam cleaning and stain removal.
- Familiarity with various detailing products, tools, and equipment, especially steam cleaners and extractors.
- Ability to identify different types of stains and apply appropriate removal techniques.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule effectively.
