Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Quality Auditor with a strong focus on retail and service operations to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is crucial for ensuring that our high standards for product quality, store presentation, customer service, and operational compliance are consistently met across our various retail locations and service centers. The ideal candidate will conduct regular, on-site audits, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to store management and regional teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular, unannounced on-site audits of retail stores and service centers to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate product presentation, merchandise quality, cleanliness, and overall store appearance.
  • Assess customer service interactions, associate responsiveness, and adherence to service protocols.
  • Identify critical areas of non-compliance, operational inefficiencies, and potential risks.
  • Document audit findings comprehensively, including observations, data, and photographic evidence.
  • Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with store managers to develop corrective action plans.
  • Follow up on previous audit findings to ensure implemented changes are effective and sustainable.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to regional management.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to retail quality assurance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough inspections and document findings accurately.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet audit schedules.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a field-based auditing role.
  • Knowledge of retail industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
