Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive waterless exterior and interior car cleaning and detailing services to the highest standards.
- Travel to various customer locations across Maidenhead and Berkshire using a company-provided vehicle.
- Operate and maintain specialized eco-friendly cleaning equipment and products effectively and safely.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company standards for quality and service excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication, professionalism, and building positive relationships.
- Manage daily cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of all scheduled services.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and any customer feedback.
- Handle minor customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex situations to management as needed.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving License with a clean driving record.
