Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional shampooing and conditioning services, ensuring client comfort.
- Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services and providing tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including shampoo bowls, styling stations, and common areas.
- Sanitize tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Fold towels and ensure adequate supply of clean linens.
- Greet clients warmly and assist with their check-in and check-out process as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a positive salon experience.
- Help manage product inventory and retail displays.
