Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Public Accountant to join our dynamic team in Fort Lauderdale. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a rewarding career in public accounting. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of audit and tax services, working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior accountants and auditors with client engagements, including audit fieldwork and tax preparation.
- Prepare working papers and documentation in accordance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research on accounting and tax issues to support client projects.
- Learn and apply accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards (GAAS).
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Support various administrative tasks within the accounting department as needed.
