Job Description

McKesson Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wholesale Pharmacy Order Clerk to join our team in Little Rock. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack pharmaceutical products according to order forms and standard operating procedures.
  • Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are selected for each shipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and staging for delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous exposure to a warehouse or manufacturing environment (not required, but a plus).
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory scanning.
