Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Lobby Greeter to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our high-end corporate building in Missoula. This role is crucial for creating a positive and lasting impression, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for everyone who enters our premises. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome all visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival to the corporate building.
  • Direct visitors to their appropriate destinations, providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Answer general inquiries about the building, its tenants, and services.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures, issue temporary passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with package and mail reception, ensuring proper logging and distribution.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable lobby area, reporting any maintenance or cleaning needs.
  • Anticipate visitor needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their experience.
  • Handle incoming calls to the main lobby line, directing them to the correct departments.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
