Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Google Information Specialist with a strong focus on digital data to join our remote team. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of digital information within Google-centric platforms and ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously analyzing, organizing, and optimizing digital data to enhance searchability, usability, and overall data quality. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex digital data sets from various Google platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads).
- Develop and implement strategies for data classification, tagging, and indexing to improve information retrieval.
- Monitor data quality and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and optimize information architecture.
- Stay up-to-date with Google's evolving algorithms, data policies, and platform changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Generate reports and insights on digital data performance and trends.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for digital data management and governance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar Google data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Google certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Google Ads Certification).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
