Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Virtual Inner Circle Mentor to join our elite team, focusing exclusively on high-end VIP clients. In this pivotal role, you will provide confidential, one-on-one executive coaching and strategic guidance to a select group of C-suite leaders and high-net-worth individuals. Your primary objective will be to help these clients navigate complex business challenges, foster personal and professional growth, and achieve their ambitious goals through tailored mentorship and expert insights. This is a 100% remote position, requiring a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and a proven track record of influencing top-tier leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-impact executive coaching and mentorship to a portfolio of VIP clients, virtually.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and guide clients through critical decision-making processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering confidential counsel on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and personal brand enhancement.
- Challenge clients to set ambitious goals and hold them accountable for their commitments and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
- Leverage a deep understanding of business, economic, and leadership principles to provide actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and leadership best practices to enrich client discussions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership or high-level consulting experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- Certified Professional Coach (e.g., ICF PCC or MCC) or equivalent advanced coaching certification.
- Experience operating a successful business or leading a division within a large corporation.
- Prior experience mentoring or coaching high-profile individuals.
- A track record of facilitating significant positive change and growth in organizations or individuals.
