Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Prepare food items according to Wendy's standards and recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Participate in regular performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and earn raises.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
