Job Description
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a meaningful career? BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Live-in Carers to provide essential support and companionship to clients in their own homes. This is an entry-level position perfect for those new to caregiving, as we offer comprehensive, paid training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. You will live with a client in their home, providing around-the-clock support, and in return, you will receive comfortable accommodation and meals, along with a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Manage household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or well-being to the care manager.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for the client.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
