Job Description

Accenture is seeking a dedicated and proactive WFH Microsoft Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based out of Stamford, Connecticut, offering the flexibility of working from home while contributing to critical client projects. As a Microsoft Associate, you will play a key role in supporting, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft-based solutions for our diverse client base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the seamless operation of Microsoft platforms. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundational understanding of Microsoft technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support for Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Windows operating systems and related software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft platforms and services for end-users.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on project implementation and system upgrades.
  • Document support procedures, solutions, and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of new Microsoft technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all supported Microsoft environments.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900).
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration or SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • Previous experience in a remote support role.
