Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic WFH Clarity Coach to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in guiding individuals through complex decision-making processes, helping them identify priorities, overcome obstacles, and build actionable strategies. As a Clarity Coach, you will provide personalized support, fostering self-awareness and resilience to empower our Members to make confident and impactful choices in their careers and lives. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions remotely to help Members define their goals and decision-making challenges.
- Utilize a structured coaching framework to guide Members through clarity-building exercises and strategic planning.
- Facilitate deeper understanding of personal values, strengths, and potential biases influencing decisions.
- Provide constructive feedback and accountability to help Members stay on track with their commitments.
- Develop and deliver tailored resources or tools to enhance Members' decision-making capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching sessions and Member progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance coaching skills and share best practices.
- Collaborate with other coaches and internal teams to continuously improve the Member experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional coaching experience, with a focus on personal development or executive coaching.
- Proven ability to guide individuals through complex problem-solving and decision-making scenarios.
- Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and behavioral change methodologies.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional boundaries.
- Certification from an accredited coaching organization (e.g., ICF, BCC).
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with AI-powered coaching platforms or digital learning environments.
- Prior experience working in a fully remote or distributed team.
- Specific training or certification in cognitive behavioral coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), or similar disciplines.
- Familiarity with various decision-making models and frameworks.
