Job Description
We are seeking a highly observant and detail-oriented TikTok Comment Sentiment Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for meticulously monitoring and analyzing comments on our extensive range of TikTok content across various Unilever brands. Your insights will directly inform our social media strategy, content creation, and brand reputation management. You will identify key themes, sentiment trends, and valuable user feedback, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for our marketing and brand teams. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, skilled in qualitative analysis, and eager to contribute to global brand success.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and track comments on Unilever's TikTok content and relevant competitor/industry discussions.
- Accurately categorize comment sentiment (positive, negative, neutral, mixed) and identify underlying emotions and user intent.
- Detect emerging trends, viral content, and significant shifts in user perception related to our brands and products.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sentiment analysis findings, including qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social media managers, brand marketing teams, and customer service to share insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on sentiment analysis to optimize content strategy, campaign performance, and brand reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok algorithm changes, platform features, and general social media trends.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines and ethical considerations in all analysis and reporting.
Required Skills
