Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment? Walmart is seeking a dedicated Stock Replenishment Associate to join our team in Wesley Chapel, FL. In this on-site role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our shelves are always stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. You’ll be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a smooth and efficient warehouse operation. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy against invoices.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations using proper handling techniques.
- Replenish shelves and display areas on the sales floor with new stock in a timely manner.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse and sales floor.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily replenishment goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stock replenishment role.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
