Job Description
Accenture is seeking an experienced and visionary Remote Transformation Lead to drive large-scale change initiatives for our diverse client portfolio. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere within the United States. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex organizational, technological, and operational transformations, ensuring successful outcomes and sustainable impact. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and apply cutting-edge methodologies to deliver strategic change programs. This role requires a proven track record of managing significant change programs, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of transformation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and execution of large-scale transformation programs for clients across various industries.
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, including executive leadership, to foster buy-in and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Oversee program delivery, managing risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote working environment.
- Monitor and report on transformation progress, outcomes, and impact to clients and internal leadership.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within client transformation journeys.
- Contribute to thought leadership and develop new methodologies in the field of large-scale change.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex, large-scale business transformation programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Proven experience in program management, including scope, budget, and resource management.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and strategies for effective virtual team leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related advanced degree.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile ScrumMaster, Change Management Professional).
- Experience across multiple industries (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, Retail).
- Familiarity with digital transformation technologies and their application in business change.
- Previous experience working for a top-tier management consulting firm.
