Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Remote AI-Training Coach to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in training and refining our AI-powered coaching algorithms. Your primary responsibility will be to review, evaluate, and provide high-quality feedback on AI-generated responses, ensuring they are accurate, helpful, and aligned with human coaching principles. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the intelligence and ethical behavior of next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and rate AI-generated coaching responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and helpfulness.
- Provide constructive, detailed textual feedback to improve AI performance and learning.
- Identify patterns and inconsistencies in AI behavior and propose solutions for enhancement.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to refine training methodologies and data sets.
- Contribute to the development of ethical guidelines and best practices for AI coaching interactions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of coaching principles and apply them in AI evaluation.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in feedback and ratings across the team.
