Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Quick Service Clerk and be the face of Greggs in our bustling Spinningfields, Manchester shop. This routine ongoing work involves providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring our products are presented perfectly. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and food safety, contributing to a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders and queries.
- Operate the till system accurately and handle cash and card payments with precision.
- Prepare and serve a range of fresh food and drink items according to company standards.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all serving and dining areas.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed attractively and correctly priced.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues.
