Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Aurora, CO. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, providing essential support to various departments and employees. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders, and organize storage areas.
- Coordinate meeting room setups, including technology and catering arrangements.
- Assist with basic facilities management, such as submitting maintenance requests and liaising with vendors.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage the reception area as needed.
- Ensure office equipment (printers, copiers) is in working order and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Support event coordination for internal team gatherings or client meetings.

Required Skills
