Job Description

As a Microsoft Sales Support specialist with a focus on Lead Management, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales teams by ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads. This 100% remote position involves meticulously managing and nurturing incoming leads, qualifying them based on specific criteria, and ensuring smooth hand-offs to the appropriate sales representatives. You will be instrumental in optimizing our lead lifecycle, driving efficiency, and contributing directly to our sales growth objectives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen understanding of sales processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline lead generation and conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound sales leads from various channels.
  • Qualify leads thoroughly based on established BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
  • Nurture early-stage leads through email communication, follow-up calls, and content sharing to increase engagement.
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives or account executives using CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions and status updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for lead management processes to maximize conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead pipeline status, conversion metrics, and overall performance.
  • Assist sales teams with administrative tasks related to lead follow-up and scheduling.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, lead qualification processes, and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
