Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Microsoft customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to a wide range of Microsoft products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-call resolution for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding Microsoft products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and online services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with Microsoft products and services.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations
- Basic understanding of computer systems and common software applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business, Communications)
- Previous experience supporting Microsoft products or similar technology
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
