Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Google Ad Traffic Coordinator with a strong marketing focus to join our remote team. This is a critical role responsible for the precise setup, launch, and ongoing management of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring all traffic operations run smoothly and effectively. You will collaborate closely with account managers, media planners, and creative teams to deliver high-quality, high-performing advertising campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the specified region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and launch Google Ads campaigns across various formats (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) according to campaign specifications and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather all necessary assets (creatives, landing page URLs, tracking tags) for campaign execution.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks on all campaign setups to ensure accuracy and compliance with Google's policies and client requirements.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, identifying and troubleshooting any trafficking issues or discrepancies.
  • Implement and verify tracking pixels and conversion tags to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign status, ad performance, and trafficking activities.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of campaign configurations, changes, and historical data.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads platform updates, features, and best practices.
  • Assist with budget management and pacing to ensure campaigns adhere to allocated spend.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Ads platform for campaign setup and management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with other ad platforms (e.g., Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads).
  • Previous experience in an agency environment.
